New Feature: custom invitation messages

Have you ever wanted to add a personal message to a BetaBooks invitation? Well, now you can :)

Just click the checkbox next to the invitation search field, and you'll see a new box you can type a personal message in to. Whatever you put in there will get added to the email invitation that your reader receives. Here's what it looks like:
